Workers remain responsible for the privacy and security provided to the participants and fellow workers. Before any information is gathered, In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd will ensure that the information will is used correctly and appropriately.

In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd abides by the Human Resource Policy and Procedure, ensuring workers are aware of rights and appropriate workplace behaviour. This is crucial to attempt to uphold an environment flooding with positive feedback and compliments and limited complaints.

This policy and procedures encourages In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd’s workers and participants to voice any concerns or positive comments they may have regarding individuals, facilities, services etc.

Any comments made in relation to In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd will be utilised to improve their overall company.

In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring all participants are provided with a safe and secure environment and are not subject to any forms of harm, harassment, injuries or bullying.

In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd recognises and understands some participants may be impacted by family violence and will ensure to support and protect those participants in order to deliver quality care.

Cancellation Policy.

At In Good Hands Occupational Therapy Pty Ltd we have adopted the NDIS cancellation policy which can be found on page 12 of the NDIA Price Guide 2022-2023. We require you to be at the agreed place of your appointment within a reasonable time or provide a 5 clear business days’ notice for a cancellation, otherwise, 100% of your fee will be charged.
